By servicing both Residential and Commercial sectors, Aqua Restoration has seen and solved a wide array of situations and dynamic challenges enabling us to leverage our experience to stand out in our industry. Building upon relationships born from water extraction, smoke and fire, storm and other events, our turn key operations have evolved to also provide build back, remodeling and renovation services including, carpet and tile cleaning, housekeeping and property cleaning, tub and floor resurfacing, bathroom and kitchen remodeling solutions, turn key rent-ready property services, and everything in between. We are a results driven outfit committed to getting any job or project done properly following industry standards as well as timely and professionally.
We are owned and managed by Jacksonville, FL natives, and take great pride in our community. We also get satisfaction helping home owners and commercial property operators keep their lives and business up and running, getting them back to pre-event conditions. President & CEO
As the President and CEO of Aqua Restoration, Patrick’s background in financial accounting, taxation, and real estate investment has positioned the company for success. Attaining his M.B.A from UNF, becoming a licensed CPA in the state of Florida and nearly 2 decades of real estate investment has prepared Patrick to implement effective growth strategies needed for expansion while keeping financial risk in check. His streamlined approach to improve efficiencies within the organization through operational management and belief in empowering his executive team to be decision makers has resulted in the company and culture you see today. He is a natural leader who encourages anyone he works with to succeed. Patrick isn’t all business, though. He enjoys his down time with family and friends, traveling to new places and giving back to the community through charitable programs.
Vice President Of Water Mitigation & Restoration
After spending well over a decade in construction and design remodeling, Will has what it takes to successfully administer mitigation and restoration processes from beginning to end. He possesses a wealth of knowledge, is a strong team leader and always meets our client’s needs. Will’s tenacious approach has given him the platform to answer any question you may have. His experience and can do attitude helps lead his crews to exceed customer expectations with on time, quality results. Previously serving in the United States Marine Corps, he is a Veteran that strives to bring dedication, loyalty and integrity into every aspect of his business life. This is clearly evident to his co-workers and customers. When Will isn’t devoting his time to his career, he enjoys quiet weekends with his wife and children.
Vice President Acquisition & Disposition
Lindsay holds a Bachelors in Communications/Marketing from USF and has over 10 years’ experience in business development. Lindsay’s commitment to professionalism, education and customer satisfaction allow her to fulfill goals personally and professionally with AQUA Restoration. Her earnest approach to building business relationships has been a great benefit in accelerating sales. In addition to AQUA Restoration Lindsay holds an active Florida Real Estate License. When she isn’t devoting her time to her career with AQUA Restoration, she loves spending time with her family, enjoys outdoor activities and traveling anywhere from the beaches to the mountains.
Vice President of Business Development
Aaron’s former life as a top executive in the Information Management Industry has prepared and equipped him to leverage dynamic problem solving with unique and innovative ideas to serve both customers and internal stake holders for strategic growth. Aaron received his BA from UNF where his zest for analytical acumen and awareness of efficiency opportunities were fostered. He never shies away from an abstract problem requiring a novel solution. His experience in the Information Management industry ranging from warehouse maintenance to contract negation with fortune 500 companies has prepared Aaron for most any business challenge. When not working, Aaron, his wife and children can be found somewhere outside. Whether the beach, the woods, or a kid’s sports event, the Manning Clan is sure to be found on the go.
Carrie brings quite a lot to our Front and Back end logistics. With over 25 years of Office Administration experience in construction and related fields, she is familiar with and has handled responsibilities from Customer Relations to in-house operations and management. Along with regular office administration, Carrie oversees scheduling of our Housekeeping division as well as facilitates communication between our Customers, Executive Team and staff assuring all projects are handled professionally, and efficiently. She helps keep the wheels rolling. Outside her role with the company, Carrie is an avid college football fan, enjoying friendly rivalries between her family and friend’s teams.
